1. Information we collect
LETRIXA is a word game that respects your privacy. We only collect the minimum information needed for the game to work properly. Information stored locally on your device: - Player name and selected avatar - Game statistics (words found, scores, streaks) - Unlocked achievements - Language, audio and configuration preferences - Tutorial progress - Daily challenge results Information processed on the server (Supabase): - Player ID and public name (needed for multiplayer and ranking) - Membership in active rooms and leagues - Daily and seasonal scores - If you link a premium account: email associated with Google Sign-In and premium purchase status We do NOT collect: - Phone number - GPS location - Contact data - Additional personally identifiable information
2. How we use your information
We use the collected information exclusively to: - Provide game functionality (save progress, statistics) - Enable real-time multiplayer matches - Calculate ranking, seasons and custom leagues - Validate the premium subscription against Google Play Billing - Show non-personalized ads (Google AdMob) to non-premium users We do NOT use your information for: - Personalized advertising without your explicit consent - Sale to third parties - Behavioral profiling outside the game - Email marketing
3. Data storage
Local storage: name, avatar, statistics, achievements and preferences are stored on your device. If you uninstall the app, that data is deleted. Server storage (Supabase, EU/US): - Active rooms and rounds: deleted after 24 hours of inactivity - Free players: if they don't play for 100 consecutive days, they are deleted - Premium players: kept while the subscription is active - Daily/seasonal scores: aggregated; your public name is visible in the ranking
4. Sharing information
We do NOT sell or rent your personal information to third parties. The public name you chose is visible to other players in: - Multiplayer rooms you join - Global and seasonal ranking - Custom leagues you are enrolled in Sharing results on social media (the "Share" button) is voluntary and controlled by you.
5. Third-party services
LETRIXA uses the following services: Supabase (backend, premium authentication, multiplayer, ranking): - https://supabase.com/privacy Google Sign-In (only to link a premium account): - https://policies.google.com/privacy Google Play Billing (premium purchases): - https://policies.google.com/privacy Google AdMob (ads for non-premium users; may use the device advertising identifier, AD_ID, and your IP address for ad measurement and frequency capping). We show personalized ads only if you accept in Google's consent message; otherwise non-personalized: - https://policies.google.com/privacy Google Firebase (usage analytics and crash reports/Crashlytics), only if you accept analytics in the consent dialog; may process an installation identifier and your IP address: - https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy You can reset or limit the advertising identifier (AD_ID) in your Android device Settings. Local notifications: generated on your device, we do not send data to external servers.
6. User rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the following rights: - Access: view your data in the Profile section - Rectification: change your name/avatar in Profile - Erasure: delete your account and ALL your data (profile, stats, matches, ELO, friends, leagues, premium) from Settings → Delete account, or at https://www.letrixa.app/delete-account if you already uninstalled the app - Portability: export statistics from Profile - Objection: disable notifications in Settings; withdraw ads/analytics consent in the consent dialogs Outside the EU you have equivalent rights: California (CCPA/CPRA — we do not sell your data for money, but advertising identifiers may count as "sharing"; you can opt out in the US privacy message), Turkey (KVKK) and Indonesia (Personal Data Protection Law No. 27/2022). 7. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information: - HTTPS connection with all services - Local data protected by your device's security system - Session tokens rotated regularly - Tables with Row Level Security (RLS) in Supabase
8. Minors
LETRIXA is appropriate for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (16 in some EU countries). If you are a parent/guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, contact us at letrixagame@gmail.com to delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. We will notify you of important changes through an in-app notice and, if they affect your rights, a new consent request.
