Delete account
In the app (recommended)
Open LETRIXA → Settings → Delete account and confirm. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
By email (if you already uninstalled the app)
Email letrixagame@gmail.com from your address, stating your player name (e.g. "MANU-3K7"). We will process the request within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, avatar, device identifier and, for premium users, your sign-in account). - Stats, achievements, match history and ELO. - Friends, private leagues, duels and matchmaking data. - Your premium status and associated devices.
Retention
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Backups that may contain this data are purged within 90 days. Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. purchase receipts) are retained only for the legally required period.
