Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of the terms
By downloading, installing or using LETRIXA, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the application. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you (the "User") and LETRIXA (the "Application").
2. Service description
LETRIXA is a free word game (with optional premium purchases) that offers: - Solo Practice mode - Real-time Multiplayer mode - Duel mode (async 1v1 challenge) - Bot mode (single player, 17 opponents) - Daily Challenge - Global ranking and seasons - Custom leagues (premium) - Achievement and statistics system - Support for 12 languages The application is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.
3. Permitted use
It is allowed to: - Play solo or with friends - Share your results on social media - Use the app on multiple devices - Take part in the daily challenge and global ranking It is NOT allowed to: - Use bots or automated tools - Attempt to hack or exploit vulnerabilities - Share offensive content - Impersonate other players - Sell or transfer your account or data
4. Premium purchases
LETRIXA offers a premium purchase through Google Play Billing: - No ads - Access to creating custom leagues - Other premium features announced in the app Purchases are processed by Google Play and are governed by Google Play's terms. Refunds follow Google Play's policy.
5. Intellectual property
All rights to LETRIXA — design, code, logos, graphics, name and mechanics — belong to the developer (Manuel López) and are protected by intellectual property laws. Word dictionaries: come from public and open-source sources.
6. User content
Shared results: by sharing your Daily Challenge result you retain all rights to your content and grant us permission to display anonymous statistics. You are responsible for the content you share. We are not responsible for how social networks use your shared content.
7. Multiplayer mode and leagues
Be respectful to other players. Do not use offensive names. Rooms expire after 24 hours of inactivity. We do not guarantee 100% server availability. Prohibited conduct: offensive language, attempts to disrupt matches, use of exploits or hacks. Violation may result in the removal of your access to multiplayer.
8. Limitation of liability
LETRIXA is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We are NOT responsible for data loss due to uninstallation, multiplayer service interruptions, device incompatibilities, loss of streaks or statistics due to technical errors, or indirect or consequential damages.
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important. Read our Privacy Policy to understand what data we collect, how we use it and your rights under GDPR. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms: https://www.letrixa.app/privacy
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of important changes through an in-app notice and by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after the changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Termination
You can stop using LETRIXA at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend your access if you violate these terms, or discontinue the service with prior notice. Uninstalling deletes all your local data. To also delete the associated server data, write to letrixagame@gmail.com.
12. Dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ponferrada, Spain. Before going to court, we will try to resolve disputes through good-faith mediation.
13. Severability
If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in full force and effect.
